Established in May of 1996, Decorative Concrete Finishes, LLC is located in Conway, Arkansas, with a service area that spans across the state. We’re owned and operated by Mark Whelchel, an industry veteran with nearly three decades of invaluable experience.
Mark was originally a contractor for vinyl siding and saw an opportunity for decorative concrete. Curious about the process and seeing a trend quickly emerging, Mark decided to learn more about the decorative concrete industry. At the time, no one in the region was doing this type of work. It was mostly done on the coast. Mark assumed the role of a pioneer, becoming the first local contractor to introduce and master the complexities of decorative finishes and concrete flooring in our region.
